Terms of service

1. The warranty will be null and void if the product serial number and or the warranty seals have been defaced, modified or removed.

2. Warranty does not apply for an accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or physical damage (including burn marks, corrosion, pin damage, scratches etc...)

3. Warranty does not apply for software or data loss during repair or replacement.

4.A specific warranty part will be replaced or repaired at the earliest time possible to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Warranty items should be brought to a TopLaps outlet for warranty claims.

6. Manufacturers reserve the rights to replace/refund/repair or replace with a different model.

7. Warranty applies for manufacturer defects only.

8. The “dead pixel policy" (7 or more dead pixels) applicable for LCD monitors/Laptop Display, will be provided on request.

9. Laptop Batteries and chargers carry only 1 year warranty.

10. TopLaps will not be responsible for any loss of data as a result of any defect replacement/ repair.

11. No warranty for cables/wires.

12. 1M=1 Month, 3M=3Months, 6M=180 Days, 1Y=350 Days, 2Y=700Days, 3Y-1050Days, 5Y= 1750days,
LT= Life time, N/W= No warranty
